1. Eligibility
Refunds or replacements are only applicable for:
- Damaged products received
- Incorrect items shipped
- Manufacturing defects
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of incense products, we do not accept returns for:
- Used or opened packs
- Aroma preferences or subjective dissatisfaction
- Delays caused by courier partners
3. Process
To initiate a refund or replacement:
- Email us at orders@sanatantattva.in with your order ID and issue details
- Our team will respond within 2 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via original payment method
4. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
